Returns & Exchanges

At Hampden Clothing, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the provided return authorization slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid UPS shipping label generated from our portal and affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy to monitor your refund's progress.
